What is BeNoWrimo?

After discontinuing my association with NaNoWriMo due to a misalignment of values and morals, I came across a new term called “BeNoWriMo”, pronounced “bean-o-ree-mo”. It stands for Better Novel Writing Month, and has no rules, no sign up, and no organization. You set your goal, your days, and how you write rather than following the rules that were once in place for NaNoWriMo.
